Welcome to The King’s Kitchen! Family business by Chef King in Markham since 2000. Chef King is an experienced chef from Hong Kong, a city where the western culture meets the east. King started his career as a kitchen helper when he was 12 working at the world famous Jumbo Floating Seafood Restaurant located at Hong Kong Aberdeen Harbour. There he learned all the cooking secrets from the chefs and later was promoted to a chef himself.
King came to Canada in 1990 and worked mastering his cooking techniques at several Chinese restaurants in Toronto. Endeavoring to have his own restaurant, chef King and his family opened their own take-out and delivery restaurant in Markham, Ontario. With his over 35 years of experience, chef King puts together the most exotic Cantonese, Szechuan & Thai recipes. Every dish is freshly cooked to order using the freshest ingredients. We use cholesterol free vegetable oil and DO NOT cook with MSG.
